Bank is a partner in the law firm of Fox & Bank LLP. She is certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California as a family law specialist. Ms. Bank has practiced exclusively family law since 1991. Before forming Fox & Bank LLP, Ms. Bank was an associate with Friedman, Ross & Hersh, a San Francisco law firm that specialized in family law and civil litigation. Before joining Friedman, Ross & Hersh, Ms. Bank was a staff attorney with the Community Law Center (now the Law Center for Families), a private nonprofit law firm that specialized in family law and probate matters. After her final year of law school, Ms. Bank clerked for Justice Cliff Young of the Nevada State Supreme Court. Ms. Bank is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists (ACFLS), having served as Director North (2002) and currently serving as Treasurer. Ms. Bank is a member of the Bar Associations of Contra Costa County, Alameda County and San Francisco County.
