He has received the top rating of "AV", in the nationwide Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Directory. Mr. Hallert graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (B.A. Political Science, 1965). He earned his Doctorate of Law Degree at UCLA in 1971. Mr. Hallert is member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, as well as the Alameda/Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association. He is Past President of the Contra Costa County Bar Association (1994).
